How to Apply

1. Step 1: (Optional) Insert your own gel pack into the included ice pack bag, or use the wrap alone for compression support.
2. Step 2: Attach the ice pack bag to the inside of the wrap using the small Velcro tab to keep it in place.
3. Step 3: Wrap the strap around your knee and leg, then fasten with the hook-and-loop closure. Adjust compression as needed.

Additional Notes

• The wrap can also be used on other areas such as the thigh, calf, arm, or torso.
• The ice pack bag (11.8 × 7.5 inches) fits most standard gel packs and includes an adjustable Velcro closure.
• Using the ice pack bag is optional—you can use the wrap by itself for general compression and support.

Care Instructions

• Ice pack bag: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry.
• Elastic knee wrap: Hand wash with mild soap in warm water, then air dry completely before reuse.
