Size & Fit Guidance

Measure waist circumference around the navel using a flexible measuring tape. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size. Do not use pant size as a reference.

• 3XL: 52–62 in (132–157 cm)
• 4XL: 62–74 in (157–188 cm)
• 5XL: 74–86 in (188–218 cm)

How to Apply

1. Step 1: Unhook all fasteners and lay the brace flat to identify the top. Position the brace behind your body, centered on the lower back just above the buttocks. It should not sit around the waist.
2. Step 2: Use one hand to fold in one side, then pull the other side tightly across the front and attach. Pull both straps firmly across the stomach and fasten.
3. Step 3: If it is difficult to apply while standing, repeat the same process while lying down.
4. Step 4: (Optional) Insert a hot/cold therapy gel pack or additional foam (not included). Place it inside the back pocket for added support and to help prevent the brace from rolling up.
